14 years. Real systems. Real users.

I started in IT support at a vocational school, then spent 8+ years maintaining systems across Saigon Co.op's retail chain — one of Vietnam's largest. Every tool I built solved a real problem for real people.

At a Ho Chi Minh City hospital, I was handed a mission: build internal software from scratch. No team, no AI tools back then. Just Microsoft docs, community tutorials, and late nights debugging Bootstrap and C#. Over 2+ years I shipped working apps used by real staff.

Today I combine infrastructure knowledge with ASP.NET Core development — and I build things that actually work in production.
